Trading Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions before placing an order.

Genuine Coins

With the exception of the 'History Of Great Britain Set' all the coins used in the products described in this catalogue are genuine pre-decimal British coins.

Additions

All prices are subject to VAT at 17.5 per cent.

Carriage paid order minimum value £275.

Payment

Payment is strictly 30 days net from invoice date. Interest may be charged on overdue accounts at 5 per cent per month.

All goods remain the property of Coinage until paid for in full.

Price Fluctuations

Due to the scarcity of some coins and the resultant price fluctuations, we reserve the right to amend prices where necessary without prior notice. ALL orders being accepted on the basis that the price ruling will be that at date of despatch.

No Variance

Due to the nature of our business - selling coins, stamps and notes which are no longer made - the conditions above are the only conditions upon which we will supply goods. On placing an order you are accepting our Conditions of Sale. This applies regardless of any other terms and conditions stated on your order form.

No employee of this company has the authority to agree to any modifications of the above terms and conditions.

We are aware that our designs and ideas are being copied. As of January 2002 all our designs are covered by the Giftware Association Copywatch scheme. It is our firm intention to take legal action against anyone who infringes our copyright or is deemed to be 'passing off'. Please be warned!
